Microsoft has released a new utility called Windows File Recovery for Windows 10 build 19041 or later. While a possible useful tool, its usefulness will be tempered by the fact that it is not user friendly. The Windows File Recovery tool is a command line only application so those less technical savy Users will have a difficult time with the tool. If you are still interested the Recovery tool can only be found on the Microsoft App Store.

With Microsoft's track record I don't see it happening.
