I would also like you to install these updates.
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36805

Disable Hardware Acceleration for internet explorer with this fixit.
http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9783239

Also disable hardware acceleration on your silverlight.

Hit the start button.
Type Silverlight
Hit Enter
Click on Playback Tab.
Uncheck Enable Hardware Accelerated Playback.
If unchecked the check it.
Hit Ok, then reboot your machine.

Now test the issue again.
O.K. that's all done - I've managed to find enough cable to now be on ethernet not wireless.
The two updates are already installed
Fixit - Done
hardware selection done
Silerware - done
Issue tested both normally and with chrome - same error msgs....................................

set your dns to opendns
Silverlight 5.1.2.0125 works fine with BT Sport. if you dont have this version remove and get this version and dont let ms update it as that is reported to stop it working again
uninstalled the latest version of silverlight and installed silverlight version: 5.0.61118.0 from:

http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverl...ft Silverlight Release History.htm#SL_5_61118

save this reg file

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AppDataLow\Software\Microsoft\Silverlight\Permissions\http://sport.bt.com:80]
"StaysInFullScreenWhenUnfocused"=dword:00000011

Copy this into a Notepad file and call it BT.reg, save. Then click on it so it adds the entry into your Registry and retry access the Sport pages.

check your video drivers are up to date

do a BT speed test post results

deleted the mspr.hds file from : C:\Users\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\PlayReady

Hello Samuria, I'm sorry about the delay, but I'm struggling with you instructions - the one thing I have done and I've followed it to the letter is the bt speed test, unfortunately when I try and upload the file it says error has occured and the file has an unallowed extension! so the upload speed is 21.08mbps, download speed is 8.24mbps and ping latency (ms) is 27.75, when I try and do the diagnostic test, it says again an error has occured- sorry mate!

here is your problem all the routers close are all on channel 1 and very strong they will kill your connection. BT hubs are a pain but you need to change to channel 11 but you have to watch the other dont change as well. Do you have an android phone?

Try it from your tablet.. the page loads on my phone as well as the pc..
Sorry mate I obviously didn't make myself clear when I try and open http://bthomehub.home it will not open, I am unable to change channel on router, it says "problem loading page" - "server not found" It makes no diffrence whether I click on samurias link or type it in myself................................

six and half a dozen.. I read it that the help page wouldn't load.. and not the router homepage wouldn't load..
result...used tablet
That suggests you've managed to change the channel.. Has the change made any improvements to your sports viewing??
