Chromecast Notification When Opening Facebook - Remove what seems to be an improperly triggered Cast option using Android

Over the weekend Facebook updated their app to leverage new functionality - namely when a Chromecast is in range it will give you an option to cast it to the device.

Unfortunately for some, it appears to be triggering when any video is opened and only can be removed by Force Stopping the Facebook App
